Virtual Virginia (Department of Education)

Things to know about your Department of Education, Virtual Virginia course.

1. Classes are taught through the Virtual Virginia platform. You will be given a username and password once the class starts. These classes do start at the beginning of the year with all other classes.

2. Your mentor is Ms. Stone, though you will communicate with your teacher directly via email and phone.  Ms. Stone will provide you with your start up information, your textbooks, monitor your tests/quizzes and provide a space in the library to work during your study hall.

3. These classes require discipline and organization to be successful. Keeping up with your work is a must!

4. These classes are NOT the same as Virtual High School offered by Roanoke County.
