Free to Glenvar High School students! Pre-Season Sports Physicals Saturday, May 16, 2026 10:30 am (Walk-in 1:30 PM)
Medical providers at Carilion Clinic are teaming up with area high schools to provide pre-season physicals. They will be held on Saturday, May 16, 2026, at one convenient location, the Institute for Orthopedics and Neurosciences — 2331 Franklin Rd SW, Roanoke, VA 24014.
A completed VHSL physical with a parent's signature is required, or a parent must be present during registration.
Glenvar HS has been scheduled for the 10:30 am time slot. If you are unable to make the 10:30 AM time, you can attend the walk-in session at 1:30 PM

Purchasing Season Passes and Individual Tickets
Glenvar High School strongly encourages the use of GoFan to purchase tickets and season passes. TicketSpicket will no longer be used as all Roanoke County schools have moved to the GoFan ticket sale platform this year. Please go to GoFan.co (or search for the GoFan app in your phone’s app store) to set up an account. Once you have set up your account, be sure to search for Glenvar and add us as your favorite school!
Individual game and activity tickets are also available for purchase through the GoFan website or App. We strongly recommend setting up an account and purchasing tickets or a season pass prior to heading out to an event.
Season Passes
- Student Passes are $30
- Adult Passes are $75
- Senior Passes (65 years +) $50
- Season passes are valid for home regular-season games. Season passes do not cover away games or postseason play.
Individual Game Tickets
- All home game tickets are $8

New Student Registration Process for Athletics coming for 2026-2027 School Year
Opens April 15, 2026
Starting with the 2026-2027 school year, all athletic registration and sports physical turn-in will be done digitally through the Arbiter platform (We will no longer be accepting paper copies of physicals). Through Arbiter, we have streamlined the athletic registration process, and all required waivers are now completed digitally.
Please follow the steps below to ensure your student is properly registered for athletic participation:
1. Create an Arbiter Registration account (you only need one account for your whole family)
a. You may create your account by clicking in the provided link: clicking here. or going to the following website:
https://account.students.arbitersports.com/signup
2. Activate your Arbiter Registration account using the activation link that will be automatically sent to your email.
Please note: the activation email may be delivered to your junk or spam folder.
a. If you experience difficulty creating your account, receiving the activation email, or logging in, please contact Arbiter Registration support at 1-800-311-4060.
3. After successfully logging into your account, please scan the QR code below to complete your student’s registration.
